Associate Professor Patrick Tseng received his BDS from the National University of Singapore in 1985 and obtained his Masters of Science in Endodontics with Distinction from the University of London in 1990. 

He was the Chief Dental Officer at the Ministry of Health of Singapore and the Registrar of the Singapore Dental Council from 2006-2018. 

He is an Associate Professor in the Division of Endodontics, Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics and a Senior Consultant with the Dental Cluster of the National University Health System. 

He is also the Chairman of the Dental Specialist Accreditation Board and a member of the Board of the Endodontic Residency Programme of the National University of Singapore.           

Associate Professor Tseng was a past President of the Singapore Dental Association and was also an Associate Editor of the Singapore Dental Journal. He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Panel of the Journal of Endodontics of the American Association of Endodontists.

He was a Founder member of the Society of Endodontists, Singapore and is a Fellow of the College of Dental Surgeons, Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
